Nori wrapped scallops, yuzu and lychee consume, uni, cucumbers. Paired with Kikusakari Taru Sake (aged in cedar barrels)
Smoked tuna cold smoked tuna, plantain, avocado, soy tamarind molases. Paired with Kikusakari Asamurasaki (red rice sake).
Tempura pork cheeks, togarashi spiced pork cheeks, coconut water ponzu, ginger scented sticky rice.
Paired with Daiginjo Gekkakow (cold aged for three years before bottling)
